Through this partnership, we aim to further enhance the added value of travel by establishing a system that allows for seamless, one-stop arrangement of accommodation, stays, and transportation. Furthermore, by combining fractional ownership of private jets with ownership of UMITO properties, we will extend the value proposition of "travel as an asset," which UMITO has advocated, into the realm of movement, making "movement an asset" as well.

As the first initiative of this partnership, we will implement the "UMITO Okinawa Onna Village Special Plan by Private Jet" in Onna Village, Okinawa, in September 2026.

On the other hand, a lifestyle of freely using private jets has been exclusive to a limited few. The hurdle of owning a private jet personally is extremely high, as it requires not only a purchase cost of several hundred million yen but also ongoing costs for maintenance and operation.

OpenSky's fractional ownership system solves this problem.

By jointly owning aircraft among multiple owners, individuals can gain access to private jet usage rights while significantly reducing costs. At Haneda Airport, guided by OpenSky staff, you will board an aircraft operated by the company for a flight to Naha (approx. 2 hours and 40 minutes flight time).
