VACAN Implements Digital Evacuee Management System in 14 Municipalities Across Ehime Prefecture

VACAN Inc. has partnered with 14 municipalities in Ehime Prefecture, including Matsuyama and Imabari, to launch its digital 'Evacuee Management System.' Developed based on feedback from the Noto Peninsula Earthquake, the system allows for streamlined entry/exit at shelters using My Number Cards or web forms. Real-time occupancy data is automatically updated on digital maps, helping residents choose appropriate evacuation sites while significantly reducing the administrative workload for local government staff.
