Introducing 'Bouquet of Hearts,' a Donation Program Connecting Congratulations to Social Contribution

Sharp has launched an initiative starting today, May 27, to request donations to the 'Bouquet of Hearts' program provided by the non-profit organization Japan Heart, in lieu of celebratory flowers or telegrams for milestones such as office relocations, personnel changes, or anniversaries. In recent years, as interest in contributing to social issues and environmental considerations has grown in corporate activities, we have reviewed how we receive congratulations to align with the creation of social value. 'Bouquet of Hearts' is a donation program provided by Japan Heart, which conducts medical support activities domestically and internationally. By donating to Japan Heart instead of sending flowers or telegrams, contributions are made to medical support activities such as medical aid in developing countries and emergency disaster relief. It also contributes to reducing CO2 emissions and resource consumption associated with the transport, installation, management, and disposal of celebratory flowers.
