COUNTERWORKS Inc. announced that its leasing DX system 'Shopcounter Enterprise' has been adopted by Yocado Kagoshima, a cashless commercial facility in southern Kyushu. The adoption of Shopcounter Enterprise creates an environment for centralizing the management of event space applications. Initially covering 3 event spaces, it will provide a dedicated recruitment page, streamlining online contact with prospective tenants and management tasks. The system will handle necessary document guidance, submission status checks, and reminders, reducing handling discrepancies and oversights. It also standardizes required documents and checklists. Furthermore, accumulating past exhibitor info and negotiation history will simplify future approaches and application flows, aiming to improve event space utilization, enhance facility value, and generate continuous regional vibrancy.
