**<Comment from the Product Planner>** Last year's "~Real or Mayonnaise!?~ Drinkable Custard" became a topic of conversation, and I strongly felt that we created an opportunity for smiles and communication. This year, we also wanted to plan a product that would make customers smile, and various ideas flew around in the product planning meeting. Among them, we thought that if we used strawberries, which are familiar in cakes and pies, we could create a delicious sweet that customers would enjoy, and so product development began. In development, we were particular about expressing the granular texture of mentaiko with strawberry fruit bits and went through many prototypes. As a result, we completed a product that has the realism of mentaiko mayo while allowing customers to enjoy the sweet and sour taste of strawberry and the milky flavor of custard.
