株式会社CRENEO (Headquarters: Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture; Representative Director: Hideomi Tanaka) delivered a lecture at a DX seminar hosted by World Trade Center Tokyo (WTC Tokyo) on the potential for developing new sales channels using XR and 3D digital technology.

On May 7, 2026, the company spoke at a DX seminar held at WTC Tokyo under the theme of 'XR × Sales Innovation.'

Addressing challenges faced by SMEs in the manufacturing sector—such as shortages in sales personnel, insufficient follow-ups after exhibitions, lack of proposal opportunities for distant clients, and lags in digital adoption—the seminar introduced new perspectives on sales and channel development using XR (VR/AR) and 3D digital content.

By delivering the atmosphere of the shop floor and technical prowess through experiential content—elements difficult to convey via traditional brochures or videos—the session explained the transformation from 'explanatory sales' to 'experience-based understanding sales.'

WTC Tokyo is an international business support organization active as an official member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA). Founded in New York in 1970, the WTCA is one of the world's largest international business networks, currently comprising approximately 300 locations in 91 countries and 900,000 corporate members.

The seminar discussed implementation processes and utilization methods, citing cases involving 3D Inner View, XR experiences (VR/AR), digital exhibitions, and hybrid exhibitions. Specifically, the lecture highlighted the 3D Inner View technology, which digitally reproduces factories and stores, allowing for remote exploration, and drew significant interest.
