Applying Learning to the Field: Free Seminar on Organizational Future through Dialogue on July 1st

C&R, Inc. will hold a free online seminar titled 'The Future of Organizations Fostered by Dialogue: Fostering Individual Growth into Team Power (Part 7: Deepening Learning and Practice — Organizing Lessons and Connecting to Next Actions)' on Wednesday, July 1st. This seminar is aimed at team leaders, managers, and those aspiring to these roles. Additionally, an archived video of the 5th session will be streamed on Wednesday, June 24th.

Dialogue is an essential process not only for communication but for building relationships, which are critical for the sustainable growth of organizations. However, many organizations struggle with insufficient dialogue and poor relationship building. C&R is hosting this seminar series to teach knowledge and skills that connect individual capabilities to organizational strength through dialogue.
