C&R Inc. (C&R) will hold a free online "2026 Edition Web Design Skill Test Level 3 Preparation Course" (4 sessions) starting August 3 (Mon) for those planning to take the "Web Design Skill Test" and those who want to acquire basic internet knowledge.

This course, designed to align with the 2026 examination, consists of 4 sessions over 2 days. It systematically covers everything from basic internet knowledge to the fundamentals of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, web design and construction, and practical skills. It will organize key points in each area and explain the knowledge and thinking required for the exam. This course is suitable not only for those planning to take the exam but also for those who wish to review their basic knowledge. We encourage anyone interested or planning to take the certification exam to join us.

Sachio Uchida

President and CEO, design fleet inc. / Director, Designer, Writer, Instructor

Opened a design office in 1999, during the dawn of the web. In addition to design work, he was a member of the working group for the establishment of the national Web Design Skill Test in the 2000s and served as a committee member for the Skills Olympics Web competition. He has worked as a certified instructor for Macromedia and Adobe, and as a design consultant commissioned by the Yokohama City Economic Bureau. He has authored numerous books and developed educational materials related to the web. He is a regular member and certified instructor of the Internet Skill Certification and Promotion Association.
