CSS Co., Ltd. Announces Merger with Group Companies, Effective July 1, 2026

CSS Co., Ltd. has announced its decision to absorb its group companies, Relife Japan Co., Ltd. and I'm System Service Co., Ltd., effective July 1, 2026, to strengthen its group structure and enhance service value. Under the 'One CSS' concept, this integration will combine the trust built over half a century with innovation driven by the latest technology. The goal is to accelerate the transformation into a 'value-creating enterprise' that proactively proposes and co-creates value. By merging the strengths of the three companies—CSS's financial infrastructure development and AI integration, Relife Japan's consulting capabilities, and I'm System Service's stable operational track record—the new entity will focus on value-creating development, DX/AX implementation support, and its proprietary platform business. The newly formed company will have over 3 billion yen in sales and a team of 300 IT professionals.
