Cuorega (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yasunari Sato), which supports approximately 60,000 career changes annually and addresses social issues in the 'Food and Accommodation' sectors, has decided on a recruitment plan for 100 new hires to alleviate the severe labor shortage in the hospitality industry caused by the surge in inbound demand and to accelerate business expansion and multi-product development.

Government goals estimate that the number of foreign visitors to Japan will reach 60 million by 2030, with travel consumption hitting 15 trillion yen. Strengthening organizational structures to further expand business is an urgent necessity.

Cuorega has tackled fundamental issues through its recruitment DX platform, focusing on 'Food' x 'Talent' x 'IT'. To realize business foundation strengthening and non-continuous growth, the company decided on this 100-person hiring plan.

1. In-house Marketing, Product, and Sales By keeping development, customer acquisition, and sales in-house, the company realizes the shortest route for service improvements.

2. Quarterly Evaluations and Early Promotions A culture that thoroughly evaluates results and merit is in place, promoting early management appointments regardless of tenure or seniority.

3. Human Capital Investment To enable professionals to focus on value creation, the company has invested in treatment and environment, including raising starting salaries for 2027 graduates to up to 370,000 yen.

President Yasunari Sato stated, 'We declare 2027 as the year to establish expansion, aiming for 100 new hires annually.'
