OF HOTEL Launches Laplace Collaboration Accommodation Experience

Daiwa LifeNext Co., Ltd. (Daiwa House Group) and COMMONS Inc. have announced that their lifestyle hotel, 'OF HOTEL,' will launch a collaboration project with the Miyagi support Pokémon 'Laplace' on June 1, 2026.

This project provides a 'stay-as-a-journey' experience through themed rooms, collaborative floors featuring wall art of Laplace and Miyagi scenery, exclusive non-retail merchandise sets for room guests, and collaboration products.

Project Background OF HOTEL has been delivering the appeal of the Tohoku region through co-creation with regional partners under the 'LOCAL SESSION' concept. This project evolves that effort, centering on 'Laplace'—a Pokémon known for carrying people across the sea—to let guests experience the charm of Miyagi's scenery and culture through their stay. Artistic space design co-created with Miyagi-born artists mirrors Laplace’s connection to the sea, allowing guests to feel as if they are journeying through Miyagi while at the hotel.

Experience Design To turn a stay at OF HOTEL into a journey with Laplace, the experience is designed through three linked elements:

1. Room Experience (Collaboration Rooms) Guest rooms themed after the Miyagi sea, using colors and designs that represent water and waves. 2. In-Hotel Experience (Collaboration Floor) Wall art depicting Laplace and Miyagi landscapes. Accessible to all hotel guests. 3. Regional Experience (Collaboration Product Shop) An in-hotel shop featuring Miyagi x Laplace items and local traditional crafts, open to the public.

Room Details - Superior Force (1 room): 27 sqm, accommodates 1–5 guests, from 31,540 JPY per night. - Triple (1 room): 23 sqm, accommodates 1–4 guests, from 25,620 JPY per night.
