Dandelion Chocolate Japan Inc. (HQ: Taito-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Seiji Horibuchi) will begin sales of its 'Summer Collection 2026' starting June 1, 2026 (Mon), at its three domestic locations, online store, and a pop-up store in Ecute Shinagawa.
The highlight this year is the 'Chocolate Mizuyokan,' which has been renewed with a new look and refined cacao bean origins. It is a one-of-a-kind creation that harmonizes the unique characteristics of single-origin chocolate with the traditional Japanese cooling sweet. Additionally, a lineup including the 'Cookie Assortment Citron,' which features a refreshing citrus acidity, is available.
The 'Chocolate Mizuyokan' uses three strictly selected single-origin chocolates. Building on the popularity of cacao from India, new additions from Uganda and Guatemala have been introduced. The product also uses high-quality ingredients such as 'Kitaroman' azuki beans from the Tokachi Plain in Hokkaido and 'Snow Salt' derived from underground seawater in Miyakojima.
The 'Cookie Assortment Citron' includes three types of cookies, such as 'Cocoa Sable Citron' kneaded with lemon peel, making it a perfect gift for summer visits.
