DATAZORA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Aram Zarian), the provider of the corporate information data platform "KIJI," has launched a data integration platform (MCP server) that allows generative AI agents to directly access corporate information within its domestic corporate data platform "KIJI."

This service enables companies involved in sales, research, investment decisions, customer management, and other operations to obtain the latest information on all domestic corporations, both listed and unlisted, through generative AI, with accurate context.

Background

The inference cost of generative AI has rapidly decreased in recent years, and the technical barriers to integrating AI into business operations continue to fall. However, the corporate information that AI refers to still faces the following challenges:

Information sources to be referenced, such as corporate websites, financial reports, recruitment information, and administrative databases, are dispersed across many locations.

It is difficult to track information updates, leading AI to generate answers based on outdated content.

Formats are not standardized (e.g., tables, diagrams, PDFs), and the information is not organized in a way that AI can correctly interpret.

Particularly for Japanese corporate information, the sources to be referenced are diverse, including financial results, timely disclosures, job postings, and public information from local governments, making it difficult to grasp this information comprehensively and continuously.

To solve this problem, DATAZORA has been developing and providing the corporate data platform "KIJI" since 2022. Now, to enable generative AI agents to query KIJI data directly and continuously within their operations, we are launching it as a data integration platform (MCP server).

Features of "KIJI"

1. Comprehensiveness Targeting All Domestic Corporations

We collect and maintain information on over 5 million domestic corporations, both listed and unlisted. All entities are assigned a corporate number, allowing for unique identification.

2. Accurate Primary Information Originating from Corporate Websites

We continuously collect and structure information publicly released by companies themselves, such as official websites, financial reports, integrated reports, timely disclosures, and press releases. Information found only on corporate websites (e.g., personnel changes, news specific to unlisted companies) is also continuously tracked and provided.

3. Collection of Recruitment Information

We collect job posting data daily from multiple recruitment platforms, match it with corporate numbers, and provide it. Changes in recruitment status serve as important signals for understanding a company's business trends.

4. Industry-Specific Datasets

We provide industry classifications (over 3,000 types), information on business sites and bases, financial information, and corporate activity tags (e.g., overseas expansion, fundraising, DX promotion, M&A), enabling cross-industry analysis and filtering.

5. Extraction of Unique Business Signals

We continuously detect corporate behavioral data (e.g., launch of new businesses, fundraising, increased hiring, expansion of facilities) and provide it as material for identifying "companies to approach next" in sales and research.

About the Newly Launched Data Integration Platform (MCP Server)

Analysis of the KIJI database covering all domestic corporations directly from AI tools

With this launch, major generative tools and AI agents will be able to directly query the following data:

Basic corporate information (financial information, business details, location information, executive information, etc.)

Structured data from disclosure documents, news, integrated reports, mid-term management plans, etc.

Recruitment data (salary range, job type, platform information, etc.)

Unstructured data from corporate websites (HTML, PDF, differential data)

Based on this data, generative AI agents can perform outputs tailored to their tasks, such as creating sales lists, automatically generating proposal documents and talk scripts, conducting corporate research and investment research, and delivering signals to customer management systems. The data will also be provided in formats compatible with existing work environments, including APIs, Web UI, Salesforce integration apps, Snowflake, and bulk files.

Main Use Cases

Full export of optimal sales lists directly from AI tools is possible

- Corporate Sales: Identify companies to approach now based on behavioral signals and export as CSV - Existing Customer Management: Continuously grasp changes in management structure, new strategies, recruitment trends, and risk information - Investment & Corporate Research: Extract KPIs from financial reports and integrated reports, perform comparative analysis across companies - Customer Management System Integration: Data linkage to Salesforce, Slack, Snowflake, etc.
