FREAK'S STORE Announces First Collaboration with Brighton & Hove Albion FC, Joining the 'Seagulls In Japan' Spin-off Project with 8 Exclusive Items

FREAK'S STORE, a select shop operated by Daytona International Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Masahiro Takahashi), will participate in the spin-off project 'Seagulls In Japan' launching in May 2026. As part of this, they will release their first collaboration with the Premier League club Brighton & Hove Albion FC, featuring a total of 8 items.

This collaboration was realized through a joint project with Traspect Co., Ltd. (Representative: Ayame Ito), sublimating into designs that fuse the essence of both British and Japanese cultures.

The items are scheduled to go on sale from Friday, May 22, 2026, at the FREAK'S STORE official online store 'Daytona Park,' selected physical stores, and the 'Seagulls In Japan' official online store.

Additionally, within the same project, collaborative items between 'heri:sync'—a brand that reinterprets traditional Japanese techniques in a modern way—and Brighton & Hove Albion FC will also be released simultaneously.

Lineup

A total of 8 items, including 5 T-shirts and 3 goods, will be released, fusing the essence of both British and Japanese cultures. The graphics feature multifaceted expressions, such as the dynamism of a dribbler embodying Brighton's iconic speed and technique, striking visuals of a seagull flying over Mount Fuji (a symbol of Japan), and designs capturing the enthusiasm and excitement of a matchday. Furthermore, heritage-style designs featuring the club logo expressed through embroidery and patchwork are included, making them suitable for both the stadium and the streets.

This project is rolled out as part of 'Seagulls In Japan,' a spin-off brand project launched with the aim of enhancing Brighton & Hove Albion FC's presence in the Japanese market. Based on the club's intentions and the concept of fusing British and Japanese cultures, participating companies are advancing planning and development under a unified worldview. 'FREAK'S STORE' and 'heri:sync' aim to create a new context originating from Japan that crosses fashion and football culture, with a view toward global expansion beyond the Japanese market in the future.
