The DD Yosakoi Team, a yosakoi team from DD Group Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President, Group CEO: Atsuhisa Matsumura), will participate in the "73rd Yosakoi Festival" (August 9-12, 2026), held in Kochi Prefecture, the hometown of Matsumura.

The concept for fiscal year 2026 is "Transcending the Origin," based on the concept of "Hybrid YOSAKOI" from their first participation in 2014. The theme is "YOISHO!!".

A fusion of the traditional culture of yosakoi and the latest pop culture.

The dance is a culmination that condenses their journey so far, featuring a "best-of" selection that incorporates popular steps and dynamic formations that have been well-received in their past performances.

A key point of focus is the production of the "Naruko" (clappers), which, by returning to the origin, will resonate beautifully and powerfully in the Kochi sky. The moment each sound of the Naruko echoes, the pure excitement felt when they first encountered yosakoi will reawaken.

With the shout of "YOISHO!!", we will unite the warm support from everyone and the feelings of our gathered comrades, and rush towards the greatest summer, surpassing our past selves.

We will deliver the passionate "Kochi LOVE!" gene harbored by our President and Group CEO, Atsuhisa Matsumura, as a culmination of our 10th milestone, transforming it into a special fervor that will remain in everyone's memories.
