Dentsu Soken, IFS, and Dream Incubator Launch Strategic Collaboration for Manufacturing SCM Optimization

Dentsu Soken Inc., IFS Japan Ltd., and Dream Incubator Inc. (DI) announced on May 26, 2026, the start of a strategic collaboration in the fields of production management and supply chain optimization for the manufacturing industry. Concurrent with this, Dentsu Soken and DI have entered into strategic partner agreements with IFS.

The collaboration's key differentiator is its focus on business-led DX concepts rather than traditional ERP-centric implementation. By emphasizing 'Fit to Standard'—maximizing the use of standard ERP features—the partnership supports business transformation through to full execution and adoption. This integrated approach, linking strategy, execution, and IT, aims to deliver rapid results and strengthen long-term competitiveness.

Specifically, the initiative combines the industry-specific ERP 'IFS Cloud' provided by IFS with DI's strategic consulting expertise and Dentsu Soken's specialized technical know-how. The partners will co-develop use cases such as parts procurement optimization, lead time reduction, and inventory management to solve structural challenges in increasingly complex global supply chains.

Looking ahead, the three companies plan to host multiple joint seminars throughout 2026 and commence strategy planning for large-scale IFS implementation projects for major manufacturers.
