Message from the Representative of Sapporo Kitaniyonijuuyojo Studio

As a physical therapist working in medical settings, I have long held a strong desire to bring preventive medicine to the people of Hokkaido.

To realize this vision, I began promoting pilates and opened our first location, 'Pilates Studio DEP Sapporo Odoi Studio.' Since then, we have supported many clients with their physical concerns, helping improve posture, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of daily life.

Now, driven by the desire to support even more people in leading healthy and fulfilling lives through pilates, we are opening our second studio. We do not simply teach pilates as exercise; we aim to help individuals connect with their bodies, improve or prevent pain and discomfort, and lead more positive, enriched lives. We will continue to support each individual, helping create a better future for the people of Hokkaido.
