'Totonoeru. The Habit Techniques of People Who Are Always in a Good Mood Even When Super Busy' by Naoki Kawata, published by Diamond, Inc.

Not overwhelmed, not exhausted. Habit techniques known only to excellent people for 'organizing' and recovering yourself.

You're chased by things you have to do, and before you know it, the day is over. You want to work hard, enjoy your hobbies, and value your connections with people. But you don't have enough time or energy, and you're always being chased by something. While remote work and side businesses have increased options for how we work and live, many business professionals struggle to balance 'what they want to do' with 'what they have to do.' Also, if you put off adjusting your own condition in the midst of busyness, your mind and body will unknowingly become exhausted, and you won't be able to perform at your best.

In the new book 'Totonoeru.', the author presents 'habit techniques for achieving results at work without being swayed by busyness and enjoying life lightly' in response to these modern-day concerns. The author, Naoki Kawata, is a current employee of Kokuyo. He held positions such as department manager and director of the president's office while still in his 30s, and is currently involved in important missions that support the company's future, such as organizational development and human resource development. At the same time, he is active in many areas outside the company, such as producing sauna facilities and appearing in the media.

Mr. Kawata himself once experienced reaching his physical and mental limits as a result of cutting back on sleep and working with sheer willpower and tenacity. The answer he arrived at was the idea of first 'organizing' your own condition before increasing your skills.

This book introduces specific methods for 'organizing' yourself across seven important elements for business professionals: 'Body,' 'Time,' 'Environment,' 'Thinking,' 'Mind,' 'Relationships,' and 'Life.' It is a book that presents habits and ways of thinking to enrich both work and life by organizing your own condition, rather than being tossed around by busyness.

Contents of this book (excerpts) - Prepare a '30-minute morning routine' - Create your own 'malfunction chart' once a year - Finish both decisions and regrets in '3 seconds' - 'Temporarily hide' things that distract you - Turn disliked tasks into 'mini-games' - Think of 'unreasonable people' as final bosses and enjoy it - Say the 'three words' that smooth relationships - Let go of the spell of 'if I just endure it'
