SKIP CITY SAINOKUNI VISUAL PLAZA (Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture) regularly holds screening events called "Weekend Theater" to provide opportunities to watch films that deserve to be seen on a powerful sound system and a large screen. On Saturday, September 12th, we will screen the critically acclaimed masterpiece "National Treasure," which won the Japan Academy Film Prize for Picture of the Year and 10 other awards at the 49th Japan Academy Film Prize, and was nominated for Best Makeup and Hairstyling at the 98th Academy Awards, marking the first nomination for a Japanese film in this category. This visually stunning and passionate film, a landmark in Japanese cinema history, will be shown in 7.1ch surround sound.
