In this lecture, titled "The Path from Halal Certification Interruption to Re-acquisition and Future Prospects," the company explained the background, challenges, and responses regarding the re-acquisition of certification for its sucrose fatty acid ester products, the "DK Ester Series" and "SISTERNA Series," based on its own practical experience.
These products received Halal certification from the Japan Halal Association on December 1, 2025. Through this lecture, the company shared its re-acquisition process and its approach to the Halal market.
Moving forward, the company intends to accelerate the deployment of certified products to the expanding Halal market, strengthen collaboration with business partners, and improve its ability to meet customer needs.
