DMTC (Disaster Countermeasure Training Center) offers practical programs where you can systematically learn the two core capabilities of disaster response: 'Decision-making ability' and 'Risk communication ability.'

Emergency Operations Center Operation Training 'The EOC' This is a program to learn the operation of the 'Emergency Operations Center (EOC),' which is the control tower at a disaster site, in a practical format.

Based on 47 types of disaster countermeasure business frameworks, you will acquire the decision-making process from the initial response phase to the emergency phase while experiencing it.

Collecting and analyzing information amidst chaos, making decisions, and translating them into action—it comprehensively trains the skills required in the field.

Maximizing 'Field Power' with Two Programs These programs can be taken individually, but by taking both programs in combination, you can more practically enhance your disaster response capabilities.

During a disaster, both the 'ability to make appropriate decisions (EOC)' and the 'ability to convey those decisions correctly and coordinate with surroundings (Risk Communication)' are indispensable.

If either one is missing, the frontline will not function.

Even if decisions can be made, it is meaningless if they are not conveyed, and even if there is the ability to convey, the damage will spread if the decisions are incorrect.

By consistently acquiring the power to 'judge, convey, be understood, and move people' through the two programs, we aim to develop human resources who can function at actual disaster sites.
