DXONE announced that it will implement a series of updates to its 'Smart' system starting in the summer of 2026, aimed at gradually reducing manual data entry, transcription, and verification tasks in wholesale operations for fruit, vegetables, and food products.
As the first step, in July 2026, DXONE plans to launch a mobile management feature that allows CEOs and sales managers to manage transactions while on the go.
Furthermore, by September 2026, the company plans to offer the 'Smart-AI Data Integration' feature as a paid version, which connects disparate business systems with CSV and Excel data.
Through these releases, DXONE aims to transform wholesale companies from businesses overwhelmed by manual tasks into 'Smart AI Wholesale Companies' that maximize revenue with minimal personnel through the use of AI and data.
Along with this announcement, DXONE has opened applications for advance consultation and early implementation of the Smart-AI Data Integration feature (limited slots available).
In the fruit, vegetable, and food wholesale industry, daily operations such as ordering, procurement, inventory, shipping, invoicing, and sales confirmation are highly time-constrained. Issues like manual Excel input for FAX/phone orders, manual CSV processing, and fragmented management of product masters remain common, often leading to errors and losses.
The series of updates will focus on three key themes: Mobile Management features, Smart-AI Data Integration, and business model refinement towards zero manual input.
The mobile management feature, in particular, will enable managers to check order statuses, pricing, delivery schedules, shipping updates, and monthly sales performance from anywhere, supporting quicker decision-making.
