Dynam Corporation (Headquarters: Nishi-Nippori, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akira Hosaka), which operates pachinko halls in 46 prefectures nationwide, participated in and supported the "Pride Parade" at Tokyo Pride 2026, held on June 7th (Sunday) at Yoyogi Park and surrounding areas in Shibuya and Harajuku.

Tokyo Pride is one of Asia's largest LGBTQ+ events. Through various programs, including the parade, it aims to foster a society free from prejudice and discrimination, where LGBTQ+ individuals, allies, government, and corporations can think together about human rights.

Since participating in "Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2019" in April 2019, our company has been committed to developing a workplace environment and systems that enable all employees to leverage their full potential, irrespective of their gender or sexual orientation. In recognition of these efforts, we have received the highest Gold rating in the "PRIDE Index," an evaluation index for LGBTQ+ issues established by the "work with Pride" organization, for six consecutive years since 2020. This year, we participated in the event as a supporting company of the "LGBT- Ally Project" organized by Out Japan Inc., offering our support to the parade.

*The "PRIDE Index" is an evaluation index for LGBTQ+ issues in companies and organizations, established by the NPO "work with Pride."

Dynam will continue to strive to foster a corporate culture that embraces diverse sexualities, lifestyles, and careers, allowing everyone to work vibrantly, in line with our Diversity & Inclusion policy.

Executive Comment

Experiencing the energy of the parade, one of Asia's largest, firsthand, I was once again deeply impressed by the importance of understanding diverse ways of living and values. Our company's initiatives related to LGBTQ+ are now in their eighth year. We will continue to advance efforts to create an environment where everyone can feel secure and demonstrate their abilities, regardless of gender or attributes.

Haruko Mochizuki, Director in charge of Human Resources Department

<Dynam's Main Initiatives>

1. Policy

We communicate messages from management to employees and disseminate information about our LGBTQ+ initiatives both internally and externally.

2. Representation

We have established consultation services both inside and outside the company to provide support for employee inquiries. To visualize our allies within the company, we have created an Ally Community and distribute LGBT-Ally stickers.

3. Inspiration

We strive to enhance employee awareness and understanding by including LGBTQ+ related content in our employee education system and conducting regular compliance training, which covers SOGI harassment.

4. Development

In August 2020, we introduced a same-sex partnership system under certain conditions. Upon submission of required documents and company approval, a certificate is issued. Certified partners are eligible for various benefits and allowances equivalent to legal marriage. The use of assumed names is also permitted under specific conditions.

5. Engagement/Empowerment

We participate in events organized by "Out Japan Inc.," which serves as an external consultation service, to exchange information with other companies and engage in external communications.
