Summer-Only Event at Tokyo Tower: VR BASE TOKYO Returns After Thrilling 20,000 Visitors! First-Ever VR Coaster from Fuji-Q Highland and Ao Oni Series VR Attraction Make Their Debut!

Dynamo Amusement Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda City, Tokyo; President and CEO: Naoki Ogawa; hereinafter 'the Company') will open the VR attraction facility 'VR BASE TOKYO' for a limited period from Saturday, July 18, 2026, to Sunday, September 6, 2026, on the 3rd floor of Tokyo Tower's Foot Town.

'VR BASE TOKYO' is a facility where visitors of all ages can easily enjoy the latest and most immersive VR experiences through a variety of VR attractions. It was previously held as a limited-time event at Tokyo Tower from January to April 2025, attracting approximately 20,000 visitors in total. Permanent locations are also operating at Fukuoka's Canal City Hakata and Tobu Zoo Park.

Starting Saturday, July 18, the 'Nearly Nearly Jet Coaster V' will debut, allowing guests to experience five popular jet coasters from Fuji-Q Highland through VR. Then, from Saturday, August 1, the first location-based VR attraction from the Ao Oni series, 'Ao Oni VR: Blueberry Mass Production Plan,' and the popular ride-type VR attraction 'Ultra Reverse Bungee,' themed around jumping, falling, and flying, will be sequentially added.

At Tokyo Tower—one of Tokyo’s most iconic tourist destinations—we will offer a rich lineup of attractions, from full-scale free-roam VR experiences to ride-type VR based on trending popular content, enjoyable for a wide range of generations. What is VR BASE TOKYO?

VR BASE TOKYO is a VR attraction facility featuring three main experiences, centered around a large-scale, PvP-enabled free-roam VR shooter. It’s a next-generation secret base where anyone can easily enjoy cutting-edge, authentic VR experiences—transforming VR into everyday entertainment.
