Private Office 'E-Office Shintomicho by HATTEN' Opens 1 Minute from Shintomicho Station

E-Office (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroshi Ryuzaki), which develops approximately 900 workspaces across 47 prefectures in Japan, has partnered with Activators to open 'E-Office Shintomicho by HATTEN' in Shintomicho, Tokyo.

'HATTEN' is a private office designed for individuals to work at their own pace. Located just a 1-minute walk from Shintomicho Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, it is in a calm area near the Ginza and Tsukiji districts.

The core of HATTEN consists of eight lockable, single-occupancy private offices. As independent spaces with doors, users can avoid distractions from others, unlike in open spaces. By simply closing the door, users can secure an environment for online meetings, confidential tasks, or deep thought.

Usage plans range from walk-in drop-ins to advance reservations, rental office plans, corporate registration, mail forwarding, and virtual office plans. A conference room that can accommodate up to 14 people is also available.

The facility is open 24 hours from 6:00 AM to midnight, seven days a week, offering users the freedom to visit whenever they wish and work at their own rhythm.

E-Office also provides its proprietary unmanned management system, 'E Solution'. This facility utilizes the system, which integrates smart locks with an app to enable automated operations. Starting at 33,000 yen per month, 'E Solution' automates reception, payment, entry/exit management, and booking, supporting labor-shortage solutions and long operating hours.
