E-Seikatsu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Zenichi Maeno; TSE Standard: 3796), a company promoting the digital transformation (DX) of the real estate market through vertical SaaS and BPaaS, has announced the addition of an 'AI Cleanup Feature' to its 'E-Seikatsu Owner' platform and the initiation of a Proof of Concept (PoC).

Background In rental management operations, property management companies must constantly communicate with owners regarding various issues, including monthly reports, complaint handling, facility repairs, move-out procedures, and vacancy inquiries, regardless of the tools used (phone, chat, etc.). When managing text-based communications with individual owners via chat, staff are required to construct responses tailored to each owner with appropriate polite expressions. Even when the core subject is clear, the burden of composing entire messages is significant.

This new feature is an AI writing tool integrated into the messaging function of E-Seikatsu Owner. Staff simply input the core requirements, and with the click of a button, the AI automatically generates a polite message based on the context and conversation history. The result can be reflected in the message input field with one click, allowing for immediate sending.

In this PoC, the company will evaluate whether this feature can effectively contribute to improving efficiency in real estate management operations and will work toward further optimization.

Security Measures at E-Seikatsu The company protects customer data structurally through three pillars: 1. Structural Isolation The company’s internal office environment and the data vaults managing customer data (SaaS environment) are completely isolated, as if on separate islands separated by an ocean. Even if an office PC is infected with a virus, the path to the SaaS environment is structurally blocked, preventing secondary infections. 2. Zero Trust Adopting a zero-trust architecture that assumes nothing is safe, the company verifies internal access at a level comparable to airport security. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is strictly enforced for rigorous identity verification. 3. Cloud-Native Unlike systems using remote desktop (RDP), the company consistently uses browser-based or API-based communication. Only limited instruction data is transmitted, and mechanisms like drive sharing—the primary vector for virus transmission—do not exist, structurally eliminating risks.

Furthermore, E-Seikatsu holds three international certifications: ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS), ISO/IEC 27017 (ISMS-CLS), and ISO/IEC 20000 (ITSMS), maintaining strict operational standards.

E-Seikatsu aims to act not merely as a software vendor, but as a strategic partner prioritizing the business continuity of its customers, continuously providing an 'uninterrupted real estate business foundation.'
