This time, we use a mixer at your table to create a 'freshly ground basil sauce' from fresh basil, adding a live performance element that lets you enjoy the aroma as well. We have created a 'cheese pasta to be enjoyed with all five senses,' combining the savory flavor of roasted farm bacon, the melt-in-your-mouth texture of green eggplant, and the refreshing scent of freshly made basil, all balanced with the rich depth of cheese and a cool, early-summer feel. The biggest feature of this product is the basil sauce, which is 'freshly ground' rather than 'freshly shaved.' By blending fresh basil for every order, you can directly experience the rising aroma of the basil.
