[Landscape] 'Expansive natural scenery' overlooking the clear Nagara River A major feature of this tree burial is its open location that utilizes the nature of the satoyama (woodland near a village). Situated on a hillside with the clear Nagara River flowing below and cherry blossoms blooming in spring, it offers a gentle, original landscape typical of Gifu and Mino. We have prepared the space so that families can comfortably visit and pay their respects with the feeling of taking a stroll, while experiencing the changing of the seasons.

[Peace of Mind] Balancing 'Low Burden' and 'Remembrance of the Deceased' Answering the desire 'not to place a burden on future generations', the deceased (the last person) will be enshrined in an individual plot until the 13th anniversary of their passing. After that, Eishoin will responsibly perform a joint burial and provide perpetual memorial care. Because of this, families can cherish the time they spend individually paying their respects, without leaving behind any future management burdens or anxieties about 'grave removal' for the next generation.

Furthermore, families can casually drop by to plant trees before the 13th anniversary or attend temple events such as cherry blossom illuminations and zazen (seated Zen meditation) sessions, enjoying the four seasons...
