This service utilizes public personal authentication (JPKI) and is integrated into the "#tsumuGO_mobile" banking app newly adopted by the bank. Customers can now securely complete identity verification by scanning the IC chip of their ID documents with a smartphone. This enables account openings, transfers, and information updates without visiting a branch, enhancing customer convenience and streamlining bank operations.
