BUMP Exclusive: Live-Action Adaptation of Shiroyagi Akigo's 'Musume wa Ijime Nante Yattenai'

emole Inc., operator of the short-drama app 'BUMP', will begin exclusive streaming of an original live-action series based on Shiroyagi Akigo's popular comic 'Musume wa Ijime Nante Yattenai' (KADOKAWA Comic Essay Editorial Department) on June 10, 2026, at 19:00 JST.

The story begins when a middle school student jumps from the roof. The protagonist, mother Aoyama Tsubasa, struggles to believe her daughter, whose name was found in the student's suicide note. The drama depicts the complexities of modern bullying—social media accusations, evidence photos, past bullying, and cycles of revenge—that go beyond the simple victim/perpetrator dichotomy.
