Apology Regarding Crypto Asset Dashboard Malfunction

Eole Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yugo Takino) experienced a malfunction in its crypto asset dashboard where some indicators were not displayed correctly. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to our customers and stakeholders. In the crypto asset dashboard, a malfunction occurred where some indicators were temporarily displayed with values different from reality. The cause was a temporary error in the external system that acquires operational data, which led to some indicators not being correctly acquired or reflected. We have identified the cause and completed the correction to the correct values. There are no issues with the site display or system operation itself, and it can be used as usual. This incident was related to the dashboard display and does not affect the operation of the 'Rakuraku Cho-Coin' service. We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused.
