Orient Star and Orient Extend Warranty Period to Three Years

Watch brands 'Orient Star' (hereinafter 'Orient Star') and 'Orient' (hereinafter 'Orient') will expand their standard warranty period starting July 1, 2026, extending coverage to three years for both brands. Previously, Orient Star offered a two-year warranty and Orient a one-year warranty. With this revision, both brands will now provide a three-year warranty, offering customers a more reliable and long-term usage experience (Note 1).

Additionally, products purchased between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026, will also be covered by a three-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Furthermore, Orient Star will offer a one-year extended warranty service in addition to the standard warranty for products purchased at Prestige Shops, Partner Shops, and the official online store. By registering through the company's designated method after purchase, customers can enjoy a total of four years of warranty coverage (Note 2).

(Note 2) Products purchased between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026, are also eligible for the extended warranty service. For purchases made through the official online store, the one-year extended warranty is automatically applied.
