Es-Con Japan (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Takatoshi Ito) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a new business site in Tennoji Ward, Osaka.
The site is located just a 6-minute walk from Shitennoji-mae Yuhigaoka Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line, and 9-10 minutes from Tennoji Station, which serves the JR Osaka Loop Line, Yamatoji Line, Hanwa Line, and Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. It offers excellent transportation convenience with direct access to major hubs such as Namba and Umeda.
The site faces Tanimachi-suji Avenue to the east, providing an open atmosphere with views of the historic Shitennoji Temple, which boasts over 1,400 years of history. The surrounding area features high living convenience, with multiple large commercial facilities such as Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store, Tennoji Mio, and Abeno Q's Mall all within walking distance. Additionally, it is close to Tennoji Park, offering a location where one can enjoy greenery despite being in the heart of the city.
We intend to undertake a residential development project that takes full advantage of these site characteristics.
