The company is pleased to announce that the land development work has been completed and the business site has been acquired.

This development project contributes to Kakegawa City's smart city initiative as an area designated as a 'Fuji-no-kuni Frontier Promotion Zone.' It has also been promoted with consideration for the environment, including harmony with neighboring residential areas and the conservation of rare species through natural environment surveys.

The business site is located approximately 10 minutes by car from JR Tokaido Shinkansen and Tokaido Main Line 'Kakegawa' Station.
