ESCAPE Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo) will begin handling mystery solving kits for the “Chiikawa is Missing. 'Movie Chiikawa' Tokyo Metro Escape Game” (Wide-Area Indoor & Outdoor Touring Type), which will be held from July 24, 2026, on “ESCAPE.ID,” an integrated platform for experiential content including mystery solving and escape games, starting from Friday, July 10, 2026.

About the “Chiikawa is Missing. 'Movie Chiikawa' Tokyo Metro Escape Game”

The “Chiikawa is Missing. 'Movie Chiikawa' Tokyo Metro Escape Game” is a touring experience game in collaboration with “Movie Chiikawa: The Secret of Mermaid Island,” which will be released on Friday, July 24, 2026. Participants will solve various mysteries while touring nearby parks and facilities by riding the Tokyo Metro. Participants will purchase a mystery solving kit and follow the instructions that appear in conjunction with the “ESCAPE.ID” app to progress through the puzzles and find Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi, who have gone missing.

The world of the movie is incorporated throughout the game, allowing participants to feel as if they have wandered into Chiikawa's world as they solve the mysteries. Please enjoy this special adventure to find Chiikawa and friends.

●How to Obtain the Kit

There are three planned methods for obtaining the kit. Please visit the special website for details. Information on sales and redemption locations will be announced on the special website as soon as details are finalized.

・Purchase at a Store

You can purchase the kit directly at a store. Please note that if the item is sold out, you will have to wait for restocking.

・Purchase a Redemption Ticket

This is a ticket that can be exchanged for the kit at designated redemption stores after purchasing it on a special sales website such as ESCAPE.ID. There is a set period during which the ticket can be redeemed.

・Purchase Online

After purchasing on ESCAPE.ID, the kit will be delivered directly to your home. There is a daily purchase limit.

1. Event Period

Friday, July 24, 2026 – Tuesday, November 3, 2026

*The event will close at 8:00 PM on the final day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

2. How to Participate

(1) Purchase or redeem your mystery solving kit on the special sales website or at each sales facility!

(2) Follow the instructions in the mystery solving kit and the special app, and head to various Tokyo Metro stations!

(3) Walk around town, solve puzzles, and find Chiikawa and friends!

(4) Challenge the final puzzle that awaits after solving all the mysteries, and if you answer correctly, you clear the game!

3. What You Need

A smartphone with internet connectivity is required.

You need to download the “ESCAPE.ID” app to play the game.

When Hachiware checks the flyer, it turns out to be an invitation that reads, “Invitation to a Special Island.”

“Earn 100 times the reward for a simple subjugation on the island.”

Enticed by phrases like, “Limited island ramen and limited sweets, all sweet and spicy treats are practically free,”

Chiikawa and friends decide to go on an island retreat.

What awaits Chiikawa and the others as they board the ship with Racco, who is suspicious of the flyer's contents, and land on the island...!?
