Torikizoku Announces 6th Installment of '40th Anniversary Thank You Fair' Starting June 1

Torikizoku, the yakitori chain operated by Eternal Hospitality Japan Co., Ltd., will launch the 6th installment of its '40th Anniversary Thank You Fair' on Monday, June 1. The fair features seven limited-time menu items, including 'Shirahime Shrimp Square Plate,' a Torikizoku-style cocktail shrimp using domestic Shirahime shrimp from Kagoshima, and 'Fried Tofu Takoyaki-style.'

Shirahime Shrimp Square Plate Kagoshima-grown Shirahime shrimp is a rare, domestically farmed shrimp managed with high-level safety technology. It is sweet and can be enjoyed from head to tail.
