Euforia, developer of the 'ONE TAP SPORTS' data management system for athletes, has launched a partnership with Otsuka Pharmaceutical’s 'Vivoo,' a urine-based nutritional monitoring service. As part of its heatstroke prevention solution, the collaboration provides a service that visualizes daily hydration trends through Vivoo’s 'hydration level' measurements.

Euforia aims to apply its decade-long expertise in athletic condition management to improve safety and health for workers in industries such as construction, specifically targeting the prevention of heatstroke.

The effectiveness of this integration was confirmed through a pilot study conducted at an Okumura Corp. construction site in September 2024. Among 16 participating workers, 6 (37.5%) showed low hydration levels before starting their shifts. Notably, 13 of the 16 workers (81.25%) reported 'feeling no dehydration,' underscoring the importance of visualization that does not rely solely on subjective awareness.

Integration Details 1. Visualization of Hydration Trends: Vivoo is used as an input for the heatstroke prevention program, monitoring six nutritional indicators. 2. Data Integration: Measurement data is managed centrally within ONE TAP SPORTS alongside other condition information. 3. Enhanced Heatstroke Prevention: Precision of measures is increased by combining hydration data with existing AI-driven advice.

Pilot Results (Okumura Corp.) - 80% of workers reported improved consciousness regarding hydration. - 93.75% agreed that knowing one's hydration level before work is effective for heatstroke prevention.

Euforia plans to expand this initiative to other sectors, including transport, logistics, agriculture, and municipal operations, to provide a data-driven infrastructure for industrial safety.
