The Digital Salon Association (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereafter 'the Association'), operated by Eyeuniverse Inc., announces that it has welcomed seven new members as executive directors to its internal 'Management Culture Committee'.

It is not uncommon for salon owners to handle everything from daily treatments to recruitment, training, and management reforms on their own. The Association's Management Culture Committee functions as a place to solve such lonely management worries together with the top managers in the industry. With the new addition of welfare benefits for members, seven more executive directors have now joined, further strengthening the system.

The Management Culture Committee is one of the subcommittees within the Digital Salon Association and is a management-specialized community where salon managers who lead the beauty industry gather. It functions not just for networking, but as a practical place for sharing management know-how, nurturing the next generation, and promoting DX for the entire industry.

The seven newly joined executive directors are talented managers who operate multiple stores. Including Junichiro Uehara (Magico), who operates over 20 stores in his group, and Tomoki Kono, the representative of the GARDEN group which has 15 stores, each will share their cultivated management philosophy and organizational knowledge with the members.
