【Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project】One-Night Only Gastronomic Event in Kyotamba

Fairfield by Marriott’s 'Michi-no-Eki' project, in collaboration with Tamba Wine in Kyotamba, will host a winery dinner event on Saturday, August 29, 2026. This event is exclusive to guests staying at Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba.

The theme for August 2026 is 'Enjoying Kyoto’s Finest Ingredients!! A Pairing Course featuring Wachi Natural Sweetfish from the Yura River and Kyokamo Duck.' The course features natural sweetfish from the clear Yura River and high-quality 'Kyokamo®' duck, paired with selected Tamba wines.

The event also includes a winery tour, offering insights into the brewing process and a special tasting experience inside the barrel storage room.
