(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Tomo Kobayashi) announces the digital release of Kuga Akuta's third digital single 'Actor' on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, under Scrum Wave Music, a new label launched within the collaborative project between eggman and NTT DOCOMO Studio & Live.

Kuga Akuta is a Tokyo-based singer-songwriter. The artist name 'Kuga Akuta' carries the meaning of 'an empty, minimal existence,' and she transforms personal vulnerabilities and pain into music, aiming to affirm and gently accompany listeners in their solitude.

The new track 'Actor' is themed around 'breaking free from pretense,' expressing the resolve to live honestly despite social clumsiness. Ahead of the official release, 'Actor' will be premiered on Thursday, June 18, from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM (JST) on FM802's 'RADIO∞INFINITY.' Be among the first to hear it!
