(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Takumi Takanashi), a developer of mobile ordering systems for food halls and commercial facilities, announced that its pre-payment mobile ordering system, 'favy Mobile Order,' has been adopted by the 'Hamamatsu Rakuichi' food hall on the first floor of the 'Zaza Chuo-kan' complex in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. 'Hamamatsu Rakuichi' is a food hall located on the first floor of 'Zaza Chuo-kan' (operated by Nikkan Co., Ltd.). The system, which will launch on June 1, 2026 (Monday), is a pre-payment system where customers complete their payment at the time of ordering. This allows customers to place orders and pay before arriving at 'Hamamatsu Rakuichi,' enabling them to simply pick up their items or enjoy their meals immediately upon arrival with virtually zero wait time. The system can be accessed via a dedicated QR code or URL, requiring no app downloads or account linking. Customers can order and pay online without the need for membership registration. It supports both dine-in and takeout, contributing to improved facility convenience.
