The campaign applies to two facilities operated by favy: "reDine Hiroshima" and "GURUNAVI FOODHALL WYE Cafe HiroshimaHiroPa."

This initiative waives the standard initial setup fee of 220,000 JPY (tax included), normally required for joining favy's shared food halls, for individuals or corporations planning to open a store by November 2026 at either of the two facilities. The campaign aims to support aspiring food entrepreneurs and businesses exploring new store openings.

Background of the Campaign

Aligned with the scheduled renovation and reopening of "GURUNAVI FOODHALL WYE Cafe HiroshimaHiroPa" on Monday, July 27, 2026, this campaign aims to lower the financial barriers to opening a restaurant. It supports young chefs seeking their own restaurant space and businesses considering multi-unit expansion or test marketing new concepts within Hiroshima Prefecture.

This is also favy's first initiative to fully waive the initial setup fee of 200,000 JPY for new tenants.
