Background and Purpose of the "FCE President's Club"

Through our DX promotion business and educational training business, we have supported the organizational growth of many companies. During this process, we have received numerous requests from executives, such as "We want a place where executives can frankly exchange information with each other" and "We want to interact with management who face similar challenges."

In response to these requests, we are launching the "FCE President's Club," an exchange community for our clients and business partners. This initiative is designed to be a platform where participating companies can share management knowledge and practical learning, and mutually improve. Through community activities, we will provide even deeper support for the sustainable corporate growth and better organizational development of the executives who trust us daily.

Features of the July 13 (Mon) Executive Networking Event

The inaugural event celebrating the start of "FCE President's Club" will feature a keynote speech by our President, Ishikawa. Additionally, we will host a session with Mr. Kenji Ito, President and CEO of SpiderPlus Co., Ltd. Kenji Ito, President and CEO, SpiderPlus Co., Ltd.

After graduating from high school, he worked in building material sales and trained in construction sites before becoming independent as a sole proprietor at the age of 24. He personally experienced the delay in IT adoption in the construction industry. Upon the release of the first iPad, he developed the site-oriented construction management service "SPIDER+" with zero IT knowledge. In 2021, he became the first company in the construction DX sector to be listed on the stock exchange. He is currently leading the global expansion of Japanese construction DX tools and driving the work style reform of the entire industry as a top runner.

Junetsu Ishikawa, President and CEO, FCE Co., Ltd.

After three years as a part-time worker, he transitioned from the construction industry to the consulting industry, supporting the launch and performance improvement of companies like "Gulliver" and "Gyukaku." He has experience leading organizational growth, such as expanding new graduate recruitment to 50,000 people, and is a professional in organizational growth. Currently, as the representative of FCE, he manages diverse businesses and went through an MBO in 2012, leading to a TSE listing in 2023.
