WiNEEDS HOLDINGS Co., Ltd., which operates fcl., a specialty store for custom parts for cars and motorcycles (located in Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, Representative Director and President: Masashi Oda), will renew the accessories for its main product, the 'Work Light Stay (License Plate Stay)'. Reflecting user feedback, a special license plate lock bolt with both anti-theft and anti-loosening functions will be provided as a standard accessory simultaneously from late March 2026.

The origin of development was a "word from a monitor at an off-site meeting"

The impetus for this bolt renewal was a direct comment received from a monitor at an off-site meeting: "I am satisfied with the customization, but I feel uneasy because the bolts sometimes loosen due to vibrations while driving." Even if it's just a small screw, if a customer feels uneasy, it should be improved. With this in mind, the selection and development of an ideal bolt began.

Beyond accessories, fcl.'s unique "sincere specifications"

To prevent detachment due to vibrations during driving, fcl. applied a loosening prevention agent of exquisite strength to the bolts, which "does not loosen and can be removed during maintenance." Furthermore, considering the recent damage from license plate theft, we adopted "pin-type 6-lobe (hex lobe) bolts" that are difficult to remove with general tools.

In addition, we have packed it with user-centric attention to detail not found in other companies, such as trivalent chromate anti-rust treatment to maintain beauty even after long-term use, and a "pack of 4" package that considers loss or uniformity of the vehicle.

Target products and details of specification changes

The target of this specification change is fcl.'s "Work Light Stay (License Plate Stay)". Anti-theft and anti-loosening function bolts and special tools will be newly included in all sets. The transition to these specifications will be made simultaneously from late March 2026.
