FDK to Support the Mini 4WD Japan Cup 2026!

FDK Corporation (President and CEO: Ryo Nagano) announces its sponsorship support for the 'Powered by FDK Mini 4WD Japan Cup 2026 Drive On YOKOHAMA TIRE,' the national championship race for Mini 4WD cars, hosted by model manufacturer Tamiya Inc. (President and CEO: Nobuo Tamiya).

The Mini 4WD Japan Cup, first held in 1988, marks its 38th year in 2026. Starting with the Shizuoka preliminary event on July 5, 16 qualifying tournaments will be held sequentially across 11 locations nationwide, culminating in the championship final on November 8. FDK's Premium S alkaline battery is the officially designated battery for use in the competition.

The official 2026 racecourse, 'UPBEAT MAELSTROM CIRCUIT 2026,' features a long track stretching approximately 270 meters, testing speed, power, and braking balance. This dynamic course will tour across Japan this summer, ready to challenge Mini 4WD racers nationwide. It is a course truly worthy of the 'Mini 4WD Japan Cup' title.
