Finance Eye Inc. (Headquarters: Osaka Prefecture, CEO: Takuro Tanaka) will host a 'Private Lodging M&A Practice Seminar' on June 6, 2026, at 13:30, targeting company employees, individual investors, real estate investors, and those considering business investment through M&A platforms such as BATONZ and TRANBI.

On April 21, 2026, BATONZ, which operates an M&A and business succession support platform, was newly listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. As a result, social attention toward small-scale and individual M&A is expected to increase further.

However, just because it has become easier to find deals on M&A platforms does not mean all of them are suitable for investment.

Private lodging M&A, in particular, is dangerous if one looks only at surface-level revenue and yields. Unless one confirms revenue, profit, occupancy rates, reviews, cleaning systems, operation agency, licenses, fire safety, neighborhood relations, post-transfer reproducibility, financing evaluation, and exit strategies, there is a risk that after purchase, the business will not produce the expected revenue, take up too much of the owner's time, or become impossible to resell.

Based on its track record in small-scale M&A support and private lodging investment support, Finance Eye has been providing hands-on support to help company employees and beginners identify profitable private lodging businesses as 'investment targets' and take on the challenge of building revenue-generating assets.

In this seminar, Takuro Tanaka, representative of Finance Eye, who is a former banker and active in small-scale and private lodging M&A support, will practically explain how to distinguish 'private lodging properties to buy' versus 'those to avoid' in the age of BATONZ and TRANBI.

Date and Time: June 6, 2026 (Sat), 13:30~ Format: Online via ZOOM / In-person attendance
