Next-Generation Hybrid Air Cooler

Development Background

While air conditioners efficiently cool entire rooms, many users are concerned about overcooling and high electricity bills. Additionally, conventional air coolers work by evaporating water, which tends to increase ambient humidity and can cause discomfort in Japan’s hot and humid climate.

To address these issues, we developed the next-generation hybrid air cooler that achieves both effective cooling and dehumidification.

Product Features

No Mist, No Water Filter Required

1. Cold Air via Ice and Peltier Cooling

By combining cooling from ice and a Peltier element, the device efficiently cools the surrounding air.

It achieves a maximum temperature reduction of up to 9°C below ambient temperature (based on in-house testing).

*Results may vary depending on usage environment. *This is not designed to cool an entire room.

Built-in Peltier Dehumidifying Unit

2. Airflow with Dehumidification

In addition to cooling, the unit features a dehumidification function.

It removes moisture from the air while blowing, delivering a dry and comfortable breeze—without increasing humidity like conventional air coolers.

Ice + Peltier Element

3. Hybrid Structure for Longer-Lasting Ice

The Peltier element assists in cooling, reducing the melting rate of the ice.

This allows the cooling effect to last longer, minimizing the need for frequent ice refills.

Versatile Use Across Scenarios

4. Ideal as a Personal Air Cooler

Perfect for scenarios where you want to efficiently cool only specific areas—such as while working at a desk, in the bedroom, kitchen, or changing room.
