Medical AI Agent 'SOFIA' and Environmental AI Agent 'AMI' to be Tested at Vietnam Festival 2026

At one of Japan's largest Japan-Vietnam exchange events, which attracts over 100,000 visitors annually, these AI agents will provide multilingual support in the fields of 'healthcare' and 'environment,' contributing to visitor safety and environmental awareness. The company is also producing the main stage for the festival and has planned a performance featuring the interactive AI agent 'AMI' to guide visitors on waste sorting. The Vietnam Festival is one of the largest government-approved Vietnam exchange events held overseas, with 180,000 visitors expected in 2026. The event faces challenges such as providing multilingual support for visitors who feel unwell and guiding them through waste sorting rules. The medical support AI agent 'SOFIA' will be stationed at the first-aid booth, supporting over 57 languages to interview patients and generate QR codes for doctors.
