Guided by its vision, "Let’s change everyday deliciousness. Let’s spread joy around the world," F&LC is committed to delivering its Japan-honed brand directly to global customers. As a Japan-born global restaurant company, it continues to grow and evolve. Under its mid-term plan, the company aims to achieve 35% of sales from overseas operations and operate 310–320 stores by FY26. With the internal policy of "One Company," the entire group works cohesively to deliver superior customer experiences worldwide.
To ensure sustainable growth, F&LC prioritizes direct management (Note 1) and stable store operations. Only through sincere responsiveness to customer feedback, cultivation of talent capable of meeting expectations, and a supportive organizational structure can the company enhance product and service quality and elevate customer experience. In each region, F&LC has earned trust by meticulously refining each store to become a beloved local presence, steadily expanding both store count and geographical reach.
F&LC plans the first U.S. launch of its conveyor belt sushi brand "Sushiro" in autumn 2026. Furthermore, to achieve the FY35 Vision of over 1 trillion yen in sales and 55% overseas sales contribution, the company will accelerate its global expansion. Building on Sushiro’s 14 consecutive years as Japan’s top annual sales leader in the conveyor sushi industry (Note 2), and leveraging experience from outlets at events like Expo 2020 Dubai and the Osaka-Kansai Expo, F&LC will continue connecting the deliciousness of sushi from Japan to the world and into the future.
