Artists Announced for 2026 TDK Tokyo E-Prix, Tokyo's First-Ever Night Race!

The 2026 TDK Tokyo E-Prix, which will serve as Rounds 14 and 15 of Season 12 and be held in Ariake, Tokyo, will feature appearances by the "Music Kappo Chef Group" Ginza Takeuchi and the eight-member boy group ONE OR EIGHT to further energize the intense EV race. They will perform exclusive live sets at the Formula E venue.

Formula E has announced the artists for the event scheduled for July 25 (Sat) and July 26 (Sun), 2026. Ginza Takeuchi, a "Music Kappo Chef Group" consisting of DJ FUMIYA and SU from RIP SLYME, who led the J-HIP HOP scene from the 90s to the 2000s, and the eight-member boy group ONE OR EIGHT, whose signature song "TOKYO DRIFT" has garnered domestic and international attention, will perform. Their performances, which fuse music, food, and culture, will add excitement to the electric vehicle (EV) race. The event will be a double-header this season and will be held as Tokyo's first-ever night race.

Ginza Takeuchi will take the main stage on July 25 (Sat), and ONE OR EIGHT will do so on July 26 (Sun).

Ginza Takeuchi A "Music Kappo Chef Group" consisting of DJ FUMIYA and SU from RIP SLYME. Formed in September 2022. They specialize in DJ play centered on techno and tech-house, producing parties for adults.

ONE OR EIGHT An eight-member boy group named after the Japanese idiom "Ichi-ka Bachi-ka" (all or nothing), aiming for the world with the theme "BET ON YOURSELF." They are gaining attention for their debut song "Don't Tell Nobody," the viral dance performance video "KAWASAKI," and "TOKYO DRIFT."
